- Clothes without signs are accepted without guarantee.
- Leather products, in all cases are accepted without guarantee.
- Clothes: with print, decorative elements, etc. are accepted without guarantee.
- The atelier assumes no responsibility for old and wardrobe stains, as well as those that, when treated, may damage the fabric.
- For melted and broken buttons or zipper sliders, the atelier is not responsible.
- The studio is not responsible for padding and adhesive materials that come off during dry cleaning.
- The atelier is not responsible for forgotten items or clothes damaged as a result.
- Mattress covers are accepted without a guarantee if one is not allowed
- For curtains given for cleaning with hooks not removed, broken and missing hooks as well as curtains burnt by the sun, the studio is not responsible for any damage.
- The studio is not responsible for unclaimed clothes within 30 days.
